COMPLEX DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Project No: IRC-1760 <br /> IRC Bid No. 2019005 <br /> You arenotified otlfed that the Contract Times under the above contract will commence to run on <br /> By that date, you are to start performing your obligations under the Contract Documents. The contract <br /> has allocated 180 calendar days for Substantial Completion of this project and 120 calendar days for <br /> Final Completion. In accordance with Article 3.2 of the Agreement the date of Substantial Completion <br /> is and the date of readiness for final payment is <br /> CONTRACTOR shall not commence work under this Contract until he has obtained all insurance <br /> required under"Instructions to Bidder, General Terms and Conditions" and such insurance has been <br /> delivered to the OWNER and approved by the OWNER, nor shall the CONTRACTOR allow any <br /> Subcontractor to commence work on his subcontract until all similar insurance required of the <br /> Subcontractor has been so obtained and approved.
