SECTION 999 - RECORD /AS-BUILT DRAWINGS <br /> A. During the construction operation, the CONTRACTOR shall maintain records of all <br /> deviations from the approved Project Plans and Specifications and shall prepare <br /> therefrom "RECORD" drawings showing correctly and accurately all changes and <br /> deviations from the work made during construction to reflect the work as it was <br /> actually constructed. <br /> B. The Record/As-Built survey shall be performed and subsequent plans prepared by <br /> a Professional Surveyor and Mapper, registered in the state of Florida and <br /> certified to the standards set forth in Chapter 472, Florida Statutes and Chapter 5J- <br /> 17.050 Florida Administrative Code (Florida Minimum Technical Standards). <br /> C. Field measurements of vertical or horizontal dimensions of constructed <br /> improvements shall be obtained so that the constructed facility can be delineated in <br /> such a way that the location of the construction may be compared with the <br /> construction plans. Clearly shown by symbols, notations, or delineations, those <br /> constructed improvements located by the survey. <br /> D. All vertical information (elevations) provided on the Record Drawings shall be <br /> referenced to the North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD 88) unless <br /> otherwise specified by the Project Engineer. <br /> E. The horizontal information provided on the Record Drawings shall be referenced to <br /> the State of Florida, State Plane Coordinate System, Florida East Zone as <br /> established by Global Positioning System (GPS) which meets or exceeds Third <br /> Order Class I Accuracy Standards according to current publication of the Federal <br /> Geodetic Control CommitteeFGCC procedures. <br /> ( ) <br /> F. All Record/As-Built drawings shall be prepared in digital format (ACAD Civil 3D <br /> 2013) and shall utilize the digital design drawings as prepared by the Project <br /> Engineer as a base for the Record/As-Built drawings. It is the responsibility of the <br /> Surveyor to request these files from the Contractor or Project Owner in order to <br /> produce the Record/As-Built drawing set. <br /> G. ALL improvements proposed to be constructed as shown on the approved <br /> construction plans shall be field measured upon completion and shown on the <br /> Record/As-Built survey. Any improvements that appear in both plan and profile <br /> views shall show the Record/As-Built information in both views. <br /> H. The following items are required to be shown on all Indian River County project <br /> Record/As-Built drawings submitted to the County: <br /> DRAINAGE: <br /> Right-of-way Swale/Drainage —All culvert inverts, elevations and station offsets; inlet grate <br /> and bottom elevations; swale beginning and end bottom elevations; and highs and lows <br /> along top of bank. Size of swale. <br /> 1.
