F_ <br />[BOOK W P.hGL 4 w�l <br />58 <br />MOTION was made by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, that the Board approve the <br />crediting of $5,143.92 placed in escrow to Capital <br />Improvement Assessment Account No. 111-000-363- <br />110.00; and adopt Resolution 94-146 Certifying "As - <br />Built" Costs for Certain Paving and Dr=ainage <br />Improvements to 128th Court (Roseland). <br />Public Works Director James W. Davis advised that the paving <br />and drainage improvements to 128th Court in Roseland are complete. <br />Mr. Kerrie has cost -shared with the County in paving a section of <br />128th Court and staff is asking that the Board approve the <br />assessment to Mr. Kerrie for $5,143.92. The County"s share of the <br />cost is usually 25%; however, Mr. Kerrie had agreed to pick up some <br />additional cost. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE QUESTION. The Motion was <br />voted on and carried unanimously. <br />As -Built (Fourth Reso.) 1/5/94(ENG)RES4.MAG'\gfk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94- 146 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY CERTIFYING "AS -BUILT" <br />COSTS FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO <br />128TH COURT (ROSELAND), 236 L.F. N.W. OF 79TH AVENUE, <br />DESIGNATED AS PROJECT NO. 9121 AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION <br />NECESSITATED BY SUCH PROJECT, PROVIDING FOR FORMAL <br />COMPLETION DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />determined that the improvements described herein specially benefited the property located within <br />the boundaries as described in this title, designated as Project No. 9121, are in the public interest and <br />promote the public welfare of the county; and <br />WHEREAS, on January 18, 1994, the Board held a public hearing in the <br />Commission Chambers at which time the owners of the property to be assessed were afforded an <br />opportunity to appear before the Board to be heard as to the propriety and advisability of making <br />such improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, after such public hearing was held the County Commission adopted <br />Resolution No. 94-16, which confirmed the special assessment cost of the project to the property <br />specially benefited by the project in the amounts listed in an attachment to that resolution; and , <br />November 8, 1994 <br />30 <br />
