PAL <br />Chairman Tippin asked the Commissioners to give some thought <br />to this project and bring back recommendations for committee <br />members, a chairman and vice chairman. <br />Commissioner Bird reminded the Board that they had previously <br />agreed to publicize the search -.-for volunteers to work with the <br />State of Florida Sesquicentennial Commission. <br />Commissioner Macht felt there was some confusion about the <br />designation of Indian River County's region and agreed to obtain a <br />clarification from Tallahassee. <br />After discussion, a consensus was reached that the Board would <br />give some thought to the actions to be taken and bring <br />recommendations to the next meeting for a Chairman and Vice <br />Chairman, together with any other suggestions they might have. <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />The Chairman announced that immediately upon adjournment, the <br />Board would convene as the Board of Commissioners of the Solid <br />Waste Disposal District.
