The goal for each family is to achieve financial stability, <br />employment and permanent housing. Adults are mfannd to service providers within the community for employment <br />tnoining/p|acemuni, parenting skills workshops and mental/physical health care. Children are immediately assessed and <br />enrolled in appropriate schooling, day care and after school, summer, winter and spring break activities/camps. This enables <br />parents to become employed and maintain employment. Achievement goals for both adults and children are assessed at <br />regular intervals and reported to the board of directors monthly. Program completion is determined by becoming employed, <br />completion ofhousehold budget, 75%savings nfincome (minimum of2months munderstanding <br />tnestuWish/impmvocredit score and moving into permanent housing.Parents are able toachieve these goals for their family <br />| <br />because their children aro enrolled in appropriate sohoo|ing, day cava and school break activities. <br />
