Based on the Service's review of the Permittee's proposed HCP revisions, the Service's
biological opinion and Incidental Take Permit (ITP) dated October 12 and December 1, 2004,
respectively, the Service concurs with the Permittee's proposed revisions to the HCP. In
addition, based on what is outlined and enforced in the ITP, biological opinion, and the amended
HCP, the Service has concluded that amending the ITP dated December 1, 2004, is not
necessary. We intend, effective immediately, to rely on the revised October 2017 HCP in our
oversight of ITP implementation.
Thank you for your continued cooperation in the effort to conserve fish and wildlife resources in
Indian River County.
