Comment Application Details <br />Type <br />Date 8/17/2018 <br />Under Part 2: Application Information, please edit the following two (2) statements: <br />"The grantee or Sub -grantee (when applicable) will follow all 3rd party procurement <br />policies as defined in C4220.1 F (Third Party Contracting Guidance)." <br />"The Grantee or Sub -grantee (when applicable) will ensure contractors procured will not <br />be on the FTA Suspension and Debarment list." <br />to read as follows: <br />"Indian River County will follow all 3rd parry procurement policies as defined in <br />C4220.1 F (Third Parry Contracting Guidance)." <br />"Indian River County will ensure contractors procured will not be on the FTA <br />Suspension and Debarment list." <br />Comment For ALI 11.42.08 (Acquire -ADP Software), please provide a Useful Life for software. <br />For ALI 11.42.06 (Acquire -Shop Equipment), although the exact number of equipment <br />items is undetermined, a vehicle lift and bus wash are specified. Please change the <br />Quantity of this ALI to 3 (or more, if desired) to reflect that the vehicle lift, bus wash, and <br />other items will be procured under this ALI. <br />For ALI 30.09.01 (Up to 50% Federal Share), the final Milestone (Contract Complete) <br />has a date of 6/30/2023. Per convention for setting Application End Dates of grants <br />based on the date of the latest Milestone in the grant, this grant would have an <br />Application End Date of 3/30/2026. However, the Application End Date of the grant <br />fisted under Part 2: Application Information is 3/29/2024.
