The Summerplace Beach was established as a community beach for the entire <br />Summerplace Development. The beach was not to be owned by individual private persons. The <br />Summerplace Improvement Association, Inc. beach (Summerplace Units 1 and 2) is owned and/or <br />controlled by the Association. The beach has been open to use by all persons since 1960 or before <br />due to the public access .at Wabasso Beach. <br />I have spread:the word to the other communities involved.
