Said utility facilities having been previously dedicated under a Bill of <br />Sale of Utility Facilities recorded in Book 2533, Page 571 of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida to GRANTOR as a part of the utility facilities of Quail Creek PD. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto GRANTEE forever, and GRANTOR hereby <br />acknowledges to GRANTEE that said utility facilities identified in the attached Exhibit "A" are <br />inactive, not in use and have been abandoned by GRANTOR. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, GRANTOR has hereunto set its hand and seal the day and year first <br />above written. <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />ATTEST: Jeffrey R.
