Ennis, P.E., PMP, County Engineer <br />FROM: Kirstin Leiendecker, P.E., Project Engineer <br />SUBJECT: CR510/85th Street Right Turn Lane Extension at 66th Avenue <br />IRC -1745, Bid No. 2018039 <br />DATE: October 12, 2018 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On May 1, 2018, the Board of County Commissioners awarded Bid No. 2018039 to Mancil's <br />Tractor Service, Inc. in the amount of $151,016.30 for extending the eastbound to southbound <br />right turn lane at CR -510 and 66th Avenue. <br />Change Order No. 1 is to make final adjustments to contract bid items resulting in a decrease to <br />the total contract amount by $23,290.27 for a final cost of $127,726.03. <br />Mancil's Tractor Service, Inc. has successfully completed the project and has been paid <br />$121,339.73 with $6,386.30 held in retainage. Mancil's Tractor Service, Inc. has submitted Pay <br />App 3 with release of retainage in the amount of $6,386.30.
