Only the goods and/or services described within the attached <br />Agreement and Attachment A Scope of Work are eligible <br />expenditures for the funds awarded. <br />2. All provisions of Section 379.249, Florida Statutes and Rule 68E-9, <br />Florida Administrative Code must be complied with in order to <br />receive funding under this Agreement. <br />3. The Grantee must comply with the requirements of all applicable <br />laws, rules or regulations relating to this artificial reef project. <br />4.
