Sketch and L aDescription for. /ND/AN RIVER COUNTY <br />Legal Description (Remainder Parcel) <br />A portion of those lands described in Official Records Book 3116, Page 1215; being more particularly described as follows: <br />The South One-half of the South One-half of the East 10 acres of Tract 16, Section 32, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, <br />as shown on the Last General Plat of the Lands of the Indian River Farms Company; as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, <br />of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; said lands now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Less: the North 90 feet of the South 120 feet of the West 245.75 feet and the West 56 feet of the East 81 feet thereof. <br />Containing 52,126 Square Feet, (1.20 Acres) More or Less <br />Surveyor's Notes <br />1). This Sketch and Legal Description was prepared with the benefit of a Boundary Survey prepared by Indian River County <br />Public Works Department, Job No. 1824, Dated April 12, 2018.
