BILL OF SALE <br />OF UTILITY FACILITIES <br />TO <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that: <br />THE CITY OF VERO BEACH, a Florida municipal corporation, whose mailing address is <br />P.O.
