The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Solari, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Flescher, and Commissioner Zorc <br />Added: Update on Red Tide in Indian River County <br />Natural Resources Manager James Gray and Assistant County Administrator <br />Michael Zito provided an update on Red Tide, noting that it affects people in <br />different ways.
