Tuesday, November 15, 1994 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, November 15, <br />1994, at 9:00 a.m. Present were John W. Tippin, Chairman; Kenneth <br />R. Macht, Vice Chairman; Fran B. Adams; and Richard N. Bird. <br />Carolyn K. Eggert was in the hospital with a knee injury. Also <br />present were James E. Chandler, County Administrator; Charles P. <br />Vitunac, County Attorney; and Patricia Ridgely, Deputy Clerk. <br />F <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and Administrator <br />Chandler led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Tippin requested the following: <br />• Move Item 12.A., Application of Public Records Law to Ad <br />Valorem Tax Exemption Applications, to 9.B. for public <br />discussion; <br />• Add to Consent Agenda Item 7.L., Bond for David Lord; <br />• Delete Item 7.J., Agreement with School District for <br />videotaping BCC meetings. <br />Commissioner Adams requested adding Item 13.C., Report on <br />Florida Association of Counties Legislative Policy and Finance <br />Committee meeting. <br />Commissioner Bird requested adding Item 5., Presentation from <br />Judge Sherman Smith. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Eggert absent) added (and <br />deleted) the above items to the Agenda. <br />Fi <br />November 15, 1994 BOOK W mgr 7'i <br />
