Section 6. Directing County Attorney's Office to Post Summary on County Website. <br />The County Attorney's Office is directed to post a summary of this ordinance on the County's <br />website within 15 days of the filing of this ordinance with the Florida Department of State. <br />Section i. Effective Date. <br />This ordinance shall become effective 45 days after the filing of the ordinance with the Florida <br />Department of State. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press Journal, on the 8th day of July, 2013, for <br />a public hearing to be held on the 186 day of July, 2013, and on the 10th day of August, 2013 for <br />an additional public hearing to be held on the 20's day of August, 2013, at which time it was <br />moved for adoption by Commissioner Solari, seconded by Commissioner O'Bryan, and adopted <br />by the following vote: <br />Chairman Joseph E. Flescher AYE <br />Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis AYE <br />Commissioner Peter D.
