COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE <br />INDIAN RIVERCOUNTY <br />1801 27th Street <br />rDipnh, Florl 1; 32960 <br />located within <br />Lot 32, Quail Creek PD <br />BILL OF SALE OF ABANDONED UTILITY FACILITIES <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political <br />subdivision of the State of Florida, the address of which is 1801 27'" Street, Vero Beach, <br />Florida 32960, hereinafter called GRANTOR, in consideration of value received, the receipt and <br />sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has and does hereby release, abandon, sell, <br />transfer, and deliver unto GRBK GHO SUMMER LAKE, LLC, a Florida limited liability <br />company, whose address is 590 NW Mercantile Place,, Port St. Lucie, Florida 34986, <br />hereinafter called GRANTEE, this 6th day of November, 2018, the following utility facilities <br />identified in the attached Exhibit "A", which utility facilities (consisting of a sanitary sewer <br />manhole and associated piping) are located within an existing private easement (easement <br />recorded in Book 2166, Page 195 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida). and <br />lying within Lot 32 of Quail Creek PD (Plat Book 20, Page 13 of the Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida). Said utility facilities having been previously dedicated under a Bill of <br />Sale of Utility Facilities recorded in Book 2533, Page 571 of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida to GRANTOR as a part of the utility facilities of Quail Creek PD. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto GRANTEE forever, and GRANTOR hereby <br />acknowledges to GRANTEE that said utility facilities identified in the attached Exhibit "A" are <br />inactive, not in use and have been abandoned by GRANTOR. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, GRANTOR has hereunto set its hand and seal the day and year first <br />above written. <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />ATTEST: Jeffrey R.
