The opinions and comments <br />formulated during this assessment are based on observations and information available at the <br />time of the study. The representation of NFPA 59A risk criteria in this report has been done for <br />the purposes of comparing the transportation risk to a set of existing stationary facility <br />quantitative risk criteria available in the U.S. and may not necessarily be appropriate or <br />applicable for directly assessing acceptability of transportation risk. The assumptions adopted in <br />this study do not constitute an exclusive set of reasonable assumptions, and use of a different set <br />of assumptions or methodology might produce materially different results. Therefore, these <br />results should not be interpreted as predictions of a loss that may occur as a result of any specific <br />future event. Accordingly, no guarantee or warranty as to future life or performance of any <br />reviewed condition is expressed or implied. <br />The findings and recommendations presented herein are made to a reasonable degree of <br />engineering certainty. The methodology that was used in this report is based on mathematical <br />modeling of physical systems and processes as well as data from third parties in accordance with <br />the regulatory requirements.
