Premier Global Production Co., Inc. shall park the trailers in the areas designated by <br />Indian River County Parks Staff. Premier Global Production Co., Inc. shall take whatever precautions <br />which they deem necessary and prudent to protect their equipment from damage, and Indian River <br />County shall have no liability whatsoever for any damage caused thereby. <br />Storage Rate: Premier Global Production Co., Inc. shall pay to Indian River County $ 100.00 per month <br />for each trailer stored on the Fairgrounds property. The Storage Rate is taxable. Indian River County <br />retains the right to change the Storage Rate at its sole discretion. Payment of all invoices related to the <br />Storage Rate are due upon receipt by Premier Global Production Co., Inc. and all accounts must be paid <br />by Premier Global Production Co., Inc. in full before the Equipment may be removed from the <br />Fairgrounds premises. <br />
