The conclusions in this report are based on the observations and data obtained on March 31, 2015; our understanding of the information provided by Indian River County; and generally accepted industrial hygiene standards of care and regulatory requirements in Florida. The conclusions presented above apply to the site conditions existing at the time of the assessment. The reported information is believed to provide a reasonable representation of the general environmental conditions in the areas of assessment.
