<br />THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the day of July, 2018, by Gary M. Rust and Linda M. Rust, husband
<br />and wife, whose post office address is 914 Success Avenue, Lakeland, FL 33803, herein called the Grantors, to
<br />Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post office address is 180127th Street,
<br />Vero Beach, FL 32960, hereinafter called the Grantee:

<br />valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,

<br />Records Book 1905, Page 72, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />The West 10 Acres of the East 30 Acres of Tract 8, Section 7, Township 32 South, Range 39 East,
<br />according to the last General Plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Co., filed in Plat Book 2, Page 25,
<br />Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, now Indian County, Florida, less the South 60 feet thereof
<br />for road right of way, and also less the East 266.35 feet of the South 770.4 feet of the above described
<br />Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record and taxes for the year 2018 and thereafter.
<br />TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
<br />AND, the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
<br />that the Grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land, and hereby warrant the title to said
<br />land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all
