Brown <br />County Administrator <br />DATE: October 30, 2018 <br />SUBJECT: Amendment No. 1 to Red Tide DEP Agreement No. ABO10 <br />On October 19, 2018, Indian River County entered into Agreement No. ABO 10 with the State of <br />Florida, Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for cleanup of fish/marine life debris <br />associated with red tide. On October 30, 2018, an amendment to Agreement No. ABO10 was <br />approved in order to add additional manpower to accelerate the pace of cleanup of debris, and <br />additional supplies as needed.
