Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final November 20, 2018 <br />transmission of the County's future land use map amendment to the State and <br />Regional Review Agencies, and confirmed that a final public hearing would be <br />set at a later date. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan requested clarification regarding concerns or <br />satisfaction from neighboring communities, with Director Boling confirming <br />that his staff had not been notified of any complaints. <br />Chairman Solari opened the Public Hearing. <br />Attorney Bruce Barkett, representing Schwerin Asset Advisors, LLC., was <br />available to answer questions from the Board. <br />Freddie Woolfork, 4590 57th Avenue, supported the work done by staff and the <br />rezoning request. <br />There being no additional speakers, the Chairman closed the Public Hearing. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, seconded by Commissioner <br />Zorc, to approve: 1) staffs recommendation; and 2) Resolution 2018-120, <br />approving the transmittal of a proposed Indian River County Comprehensive Plan <br />future land use map amendment to State and Regional review agencies.
