RESOLUTION NO. 2019-011 <br /> 1. ESTABLISHMENT. <br /> The position of healthcare industry representative in hereby established on the <br /> Economic Development Council thus establishing a total of 23 members of the <br /> Economic Development Council. <br /> 2. NO OTHER CHANGES. <br /> Aside from adding the membership of a healthcare industry representative, no other <br /> changes are made to the Powers, Duties and other provisions of the Economic <br /> Development Council. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner 0`Bryan , and the <br /> motion was seconded by Commissioner Flescher and upon being put to <br /> a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Bob Solari AYE <br /> Vice Chairman Susan Adams AYE <br /> Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher AYE <br /> Commissioner Tim Zorc AYE <br /> Commissioner Peter D.
