RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 014 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, that the lands reconveyed to Indian River County by Datapath Tower, LLC, <br /> a Florida limited liability company, currently contains tower guywires which will soon be <br /> removed; and it is Indian River County's intent, once the guywires are removed, to <br /> include, as soon as practicable, the respective lands in existing 99-year leases with St. <br /> Francis Manor of Vero Beach, Florida, Inc. and Boys & Girls Club of Indian River <br /> County, Inc. <br /> FURTHER RESOLVED that any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current <br /> against the following described lands, are hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of <br /> section 196.28, F.S. <br /> See attached Special Warranty Deed describing lands, <br /> recorded in O.R. Book 3162 at Page 1441, Public <br /> Records of Indian River County,Florida. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Fleschei and the <br /> motion was seconded by Commissioner 0'Bryan , and, upon being put to a vote, the <br /> vote was as follows: <br /> Commissioner Bob Solari, Chairman AYE <br /> Commissioner Susan Adams, Vice Chairman 'AYE <br /> Commissioner Joseph E.
