RES. 95-104 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the millage as adopted herein shall be <br />filed in the Office of the County Budget Officer and in the Public Records; <br />and the County Budget Officer shall transmit forthwith a certified copy of <br />this resolution to the Property Appraiser for Indian River County, to the <br />Tax Collector for Indian River County, and to the Department of Revenue of <br />the State of Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner -Eggert <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Bi rd , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Kenneth R. Macht A y e <br />Vice Chairman Fran B. Adams A y e <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner John W.
