RESOLUTION NO. 95 - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: 1. The special assessments shown on the attached assessment roll are hereby confirmed and approved, and shall remain legal, valid, and binding first liens against the properties assessed until paid in full. 2. If not paid in full, the special assessments may be paid in ten equal yearly installments of principal plus interest. If not paid when due, there shall be added a penalty of 1-1/2% of the principal not paid when due. The unpaid balance of the special assessments shall bear interest until paid at a rate to be determined by the Board of County Commissioners when the project is completed. 3. The Board finds that the properties assessed by this resolution will receive special benefits equal to or greater than the cost of the assessment. 4. The County will record the special assessments and this resolution, which describes the properties assessed and the amounts of the special assessments, on the public records, which shall constitute prima facie evidence of the validity of the special assessments.
