He has experience with hundreds of infrastructure projects and disaster <br />recovery for 7 declared events. He is the lead Project Administrator for all our projects. <br />During his career, he has continued his work with Small Cities CDBG, adding work experience in <br />a vast array of public funding sources. For <br />hundreds of projects, he has helped communities match <br />sound technical solutions with the special restrictions of <br />grant -loan programs. <br />Mr. Alday has experience working in over fifty (50) <br />communities in excess of twenty (20) different sources <br />of funding totaling more than $500 million! <br />He is an expert in Disaster Recovery, Economic <br />Development, Affordable Housing and Community <br />Redevelopment. <br />Mr. Alday has extensive project management experience from <br />grant writing to implementation to close out. He has <br />successfully implemented HUD's Environmental Review <br />Record (ENVRR) requirements on numerous projects. <br />For our publicly funded projects, he: <br />• Conducts grant -loan funding research and performs site <br />investigations & preliminary scoring to determine <br />community needs and grant funding feasibility. <br />• Develops leveraging recommendations and preliminary <br />applications activities. <br />• Participates in and oversees bid and construction <br />Management <br />• Manages the environmental review processes consistent <br />with NEPA requirements. <br />• Technical assistance with planning and managing complex <br />funding projects <br />• Represents clients in public hearings, developer meetings, <br />and audits. <br />• Develops financial tracking for leverage. <br />
