The HRS will determine the <br />amount of assistance needed for down payment, closing and buy down of the <br />primary note for each Applicant's household size and income range. The HRS <br />will recommend the amount to the PA and County in the best interest of the <br />program. If more funds are needed than allowed to make the Applicant feasible <br />to receive purchase assistance, other housing purchase assistance funds must <br />be obtained to meet HUD mortgage costs limits, or the Applicant will be rejected <br />as infeasible due to income limitations and the inability to keep the primary note <br />within the HUD guidelines (usually no more than thirty percent (30%) of gross <br />income for mortgage, insurance, taxes and other mortgage costs combined, but <br />whatever is current at the time of Application review will be used as a guide). <br />BY�J�=�t �t <br />Peter D.
