<br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,RELEASING
<br /> CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON 18 LOTS IN BELLA ROSA SUBDIVISION
<br /> WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in certain utility easements on 18 lots in Bella Rosa
<br /> Subdivision; and
<br /> WHEREAS,26th Street Properties, LLC,the owner of the lots, has made application to Indian River
<br /> County requesting that the County release those certain easements, and
<br /> WHEREAS,the retention of the easements, as described below, serves no public purpose;
<br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br /> County,Florida that:
<br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right,title, and interest
<br /> that it may have in the following described easements:
<br /> the 6'x 15'utility easements on Lots 1, 8, 9, 16, 25, 32, 33, 40, 41, 48, 49, 56, 57, 64, 65, 72, 73, and 80, Bella
<br /> Rosa Subdivision, as shown on the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 24 of the Public Records of Indian
<br /> River County, Florida.
<br /> This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
<br /> Florida,whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach,Florida 32960.
<br /> THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher , seconded by
<br /> Commissioner 0'Bryan , and adopted on the 5th day of March , 2019,
<br /> by the following vote:
<br /> Chairman Bob Solari AYE
<br /> Vice-Chairman Susan Adams AYE
<br /> Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher AYE
<br /> Commissioner Peter O'Bryan AYE
<br /> Commissioner Tim Zorc AYE
