WORK ORDER NUMBER AA -LEAPS -1 <br />GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION FOR THE NORTH RELIEF CANAL <br />UNIVERSAL LOW ENERGY AQUATIC PLANT SYSTEM ULEAPSTm <br />This Work Order Number AA -LEAPS -1 is entered into as of this 5th day of <br />March 2019, pursuant to that certain Continuing Contract Agreement for <br />Professional Services renewed on September 20, 2016 ("Agreement"), by and between <br />Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("COUNTY") and <br />Anderson Andre Consulting Engineers, Inc. ("CONSULTANT"). <br />The COUNTY has selected the CONSULTANT to perform the professional <br />services set forth in Part 1 of this Work Order. The CONSULTANT will perform the <br />professional services for the fee schedule set forth in Part 2 of this Work Order. The <br />CONSULTANT will perform the professional services within the timeframe set forth in <br />Part 3 of this Work Order, all in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the <br />Agreement.
