There is no restriction on the <br />percentage of condominium or PUD Mortgage Loans that a Participant <br />may originate. With respect to Manufactured Homes, each such home <br />must meet GNMA Standards and be acceptable to FHA, VA, RECD and <br />GNMA, as applicable. <br />The Participants are required to consider each application for <br />a Series A Mortgage L. -an in the order in which received, on a fair <br />and equal basis. A Participant is not permitted to arbitrarily <br />reject a Series A Mortgage Loan application because of the location <br />and/or age of the prcl-erty and will not, in the case of a proposed <br />mortgagor, arbitrarily vary the terms of a Series A Mortgage Loan <br />or the application procedures therefor or reject a Series A <br />Mortgage Loan applicant because of the race, color, religion, <br />national origin, age, sex or marital status of such applicant; <br />provided, however, that a Participant may refuse to accept <br />applications for Series A Mortgage Loans to refinance construction <br />loans if the Participant desires and intends to make no such loans <br />under the Origination Agreement.
