Environmental Control Board <br />May 8, 2018 <br />The Board reconvened as the Board of Commissioners of the Environmental <br />Control Board. Those minutes will be approved at an upcoming Environmental <br />Control Board meeting. <br />15.C.1. 18-1350 Approval of Minutes Meeting of September 13, 2016 <br />Recommended Action: Approve <br />Attachments: ECB09132016 <br />A motion was made by Vice Chairman Solari, seconded by Commissioner Zorc, to <br />approve the Environmental Control Board minutes of September 13, 2016. The <br />motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Solari, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Flescher, and Commissioner Zorc <br />15.C.2. 18-1808 Environmental Control Hearing Board Annual Report (October 1, <br />2015 - September 30, 2016) <br />Recommended Action: No Action Required. <br />Attachments: ECHB Annual Report 2016 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, seconded by Chairman O'Bryan, to <br />accept the Annual Report of the Environmental Control Hearing Board for the period <br />from October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016. The motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Solari, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Flescher, and Commissioner Zorc <br />16.
