Board of County Commissioners <br />Meeting Minutes - Final January 8, 2019 <br />A. Emergency Services District <br />15.A.1. 18-2631 Sole Source Purchase of Four (4) Stryker Stretchers <br />Recommended Action: <br />Staff recommends the Board declare asset numbers 25455, 25460, 25461, and <br />21623 as surplus, authorize their trade in and approve the sole source purchase <br />of four (4) Stryker Stretchers. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Stryker Stretcher Quote <br />Chairman Solari commented on the cost of the needed equipment for the <br />County's Emergency Services vehicles. Director of Emergency Services, Chief <br />Tad Stone, entered into a discussion with the Board regarding the important <br />ways the Stryker Stretchers aided both staff and citizens. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, seconded by Chairman Solari, to <br />approve staffs recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman Solari, Vice Chairman Adams, Commissioner Flescher, Commissioner <br />O'Bryan, and Commissioner Zorc <br />B. Solid Waste Disposal District <br />C. Environmental Control Board <br />16.
