NOTICE OF INTENT PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commis- sioners of Indian River County, Florida, will conduct a Public Hearing to consider adoption of a proposed ordinance enti- tled: AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 100.03 "AMENDMENT OR REPEAL OF ORDINANCES" OF CHAPTER 100 "GENERAL PROVISIONS" OF THE CODE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ("THE CODE"), CODIFYING AND PUBLISH- ING THE ORDINANCES UP TO AND INCLUDING SUPPLEMENT 129 THERETO, READOPTING THE CODE, DESIGNATING THE CODE AS THE BEST EVI- DENCE OF THE CURRENT LAW OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 9:05 a.m., or as soon there- after as the matter may be heard, in the County Commis- sion Chambers located on the first floor of Building A of the County Administrative Com- plex, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, at which time interested parties may be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. The proposed ordinance may be inspected by the public during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) at the Office of the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners locat- ed on the 2nd floor of Building A of the County Administrative Complex, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida. Anyone who may wish to appeal any decision which may be made at this meeting will need to ensure that a ver- batim record of the proceed- ings is made, which includes testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. Anyone who needs a special accommodation for this meet- ing must contact the County's Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator at 772- 226-1223 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
