s <br />2. This resolUt.ion shall constitute a "declaration of <br />Official Intent" within the weaning of Section 1.103-18 <br />of the federal income tax regulations. <br />3. The Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners of the <br />County is hereby directed to make a copy of this <br />resolution available for public inspection during <br />regular business hours of the Office of the Clerk in <br />the County Administration Building, beginning no later <br />than 30 days following the adoption of this resolution <br />and to keep the same available for public inspection at <br />such place and during such hours until the date upon <br />which the bond issues herein mentioned are issued and <br />delivered by the County. <br />This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its <br />adoption. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Eggert , and the motion was moved for seconded by <br />Commissioner Adams , and, upon being put to a vote, <br />the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br />Vice Chairman Fran Adams Aye <br />Commissioner John W.
