Toxic algae in <br />our surface waters, like what Dr. Wider and the <br />Florida DEP both reported to you at a previous <br />Commission meeting regarding Blue Cypress <br />Lake, and the potential polluting of our precious <br />aquafer, seems to be a more compelling case <br />that IRC could use to keep dangerous biosolids <br />out of our County it The Farm Act -stales <br />clearly states that deposition of biosolids <br />can not be a nuisance, which is further defined <br />as being "harmful to human or animal life". <br />Thank you again for taking the lead on this <br />important issue that affects all of us in our <br />community. <br />N #-5 <br />
