Sobczak, Infrastructure Project Manager <br />SUBJECT: Final Payment, Release of Retainage and Change Order No. 1 for <br />IRC West WWTP Roof Replacement, IRC -1803 <br />DATE: February 8, 2019 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On September 11, 2018, the Board of County Commissioners awarded Bid No. 2018074 to Southern <br />Coatings, Inc. in the amount of $40,197.00 to construct a replacement roof at the County's West Waste <br />Water Treatment Plant, located at 8405 8th Street. <br />Change Order No. 1 makes final adjustments to contract bid items resulting in a decrease to the total <br />contract amount by $500.00 for a final cost of $39,697.00 and makes final contract time adjustments. <br />Southern Coatings, Inc. has successfully completed the project and has been paid $34,140.15 with <br />$1,796.85 held in retainage.
