She <br />suggested the logical way would be to form a committee to come back <br />with steps on what should be done, in what time frame, and with <br />suggested uses. <br />Commissioner Macht believed the Board should consider the <br />guidelines set out in his letter to the Historical Society; that it <br />be self-supporting, which would imply that the County lease the <br />building for $1 a year so it would remain a county building. He <br />acknowledged that it would take a lot of work and coordination in <br />order to work with all the organizations who would make up all the <br />occupants of the building to provide the services that are <br />expected, and offered to formally start working on it and move it <br />along.
