DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The County Public Works Department has received requests for the Department to begin <br />grading sections of 92nd Court in Vero Lakes Estates Subdivision and 12th Avenue SW in Oslo <br />Park. These roads are located in County dedicated right -of --way, but have not been historically <br />graded. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Staff has evaluated the requests under the evaluation criteria for non -maintained roads and a <br />score of 75 and 80 points was assigned respectively. A minimum score of 75 points has been <br />previously used for staff to recommend maintenance grading. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Since evaluation of 92nd Court between 79th Street and 77th Street and 12th Avenue SW <br />between 11th Street SW and 13th Street SW earned scores of at least 75 points, staff <br />recommends that they be added to the County road grading route. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously (4- <br />0, Commissioner Eggert absent) accepted <br />maintenance of 92nd Court, between 77th and <br />79th Streets, in Vero -Lake Estates, and 12th <br />Avenue SW, between 11th and 13th Streets SW, <br />in Oslo Park. <br />REQUEST FOR STREET LIGHTING - INDIAN RIVER BOULEVARD <br />FROM 37TH TO 53RD STREETS <br />Public Works Director Jim Davis reviewed the following memo <br />dated December 7, 1994: <br />TO: James E.
