RESOLUTION 85-128 (con't) <br />the adoption of the Development Order and shall include <br />the following: <br />a) Any changes in the plan of development, or in the <br />representations contained in the Application for <br />Development Approval (ADA), or in the phasing for the <br />reporting year and for the next year; <br />b) A summary comparison of development activity proposed <br />and actually conducted for the year; <br />c) Identification of undeveloped tracts of land that <br />have been sold, transferred or leased to a successor <br />developer; <br />d) Identification and intended use of lands purchased, <br />leased or optioned by the developer adjacent to the <br />original DRI site since the Development Order was <br />issued; <br />e) An assessment of the developer's and local <br />government's compliance with the conditions of <br />approval contained in this DRI Development Order and <br />the commitments specified in the Application for <br />Development Approval and summarized in the Regional <br />Planning Council Assessment Report for the <br />development undertaken; <br />f) Any request for a substantial deviation determination <br />that was filed in the reporting year or is <br />anticipated to be filed during the next year; <br />g) An indication of a change, if any, in local <br />government jurisdiction for any portion of the <br />development since the Development Order was issued; <br />h) A list of significant local, state and federal <br />permits which have been obtained or which are pending <br />by agency, type of permit, permit number and purpose <br />of each. <br />i) The report shall specifically address the following <br />items in regards to the entire subject property: <br />1. square footage of development approved for <br />construction by land use type; <br />2. square footage of structures and facilities <br />under construction by land use type; <br />3. square footage of structures and facilities <br />completed by land use type; <br />4. status of all amenities requiring dredging <br />and/or filling by amenity type; <br />5. amount and type of development activity that has <br />occurred within the non-exempt wetland areas; <br />6. status of the functioning and maintenance of the <br />surface/stormwater management system; <br />7. status of water, wastewater, and irrigation <br />services and infrastructure; <br />8. status of the City of Vero Beach 69 KV utility <br />line proposed to cross the site; <br />9. status and viability of any planted littoral <br />zone or upland edge vegetation; <br />10. the status of any provisions made for emergency <br />shelter space and accommodations; <br />11. the number of average daily external trips <br />generated by completed development and a list of <br />Page 19 <br />
