Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 — Prohibits discrimination by government agencies that receive Federal funding; 2. Title VH of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 — prohibits employment discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin; 3. Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 — as amended (the Fair Housing Act of 1988); 4. 24 C.F.R. § 570.487(b) — Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing; 5. 24 C.F.R. § 570.490(b) — Unit of general local government's record; 6. 24 C.F.R. § 570.606(b) — Relocation assistance for displaced persons at URA levels; 7. Age Discrimination Act of 1975; 8. Executive Order 12892 — Leadership and Coordination of Fair Housing in Federal Programs: Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing; 9. Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 — No person shall be excluded from participation in, denied benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving CDBG funds because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin; 10. Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and 24 C.F.R. part 8, which prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities; 11. Executive Order 11063 — Equal Opportunity in Housing; 12. Executive Order 11246 — Equal Employment Opportunity; and 13. Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended — Employment/Training of Lower Income Residents and Local Business Contracting.
