Confirming (Third Reno.) 1/20/93(ENG)RES3.MAG\gfk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-16 <br />A RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING <br />THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND <br />DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO 128TH COURT, 236 <br />L.F. NORTH OF 79TH AVENUE (ELAINE STREET). <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County adopted by Resolution No. 93-216, providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 128th Court, 236 L.F. <br />north of 79th Avenue (Elaine Street); and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which <br />I <br />IIS <br />said special assessments shall be made and how said special <br />assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by <br />Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br />i <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County passed Resolution No. 93-217, on December 210 19930 <br />which set a time and place for a public hearing at which the <br />jowners of the properties to be assessed and other interested <br />persons would have the chance to be heard as to any and all <br />i complaints as to said project and said special assessments, <br />Eand for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian <br />River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public <br />hearing was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal <br />.i <br />Newspaper on January 4, 1994, and January 11, 1994, (twice one <br />week apart, and the last being at least one week prior to the <br />hearing), as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County <br />Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at <br />least ten days prior to the hearing, as required by Section <br />i <br />206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />i <br />County on Tuesday. January 18. 1994 9:05 A.M. conducted the <br />public hearing with regard to the special assessments, <br />1 <br />
