<br />A RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
<br />�( OFINDIANRIVERCOUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE
<br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND
<br />DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO 126TH STREET BETWEEN
<br />78TH AVENUE AND 79TH AVENUE (ELAINE STREET) IN
<br />ROSELAND LAKES SUBDIVISION.
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County adopted
<br />by Resolution No. 93-218 providing for certain paving and drainage improvements tol26th
<br />Street between 78th Avenue and 79th Avenue (Elaine Street) in Roseland Lakes
<br />Subdivision; and
<br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special assessments
<br />shall be made and how said special assessments are to be paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the resolution waspublished asrequiredby Section 206.06, Indian River
<br />County Code; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed
<br />Resolution No. 93-219, on December 21, 1993, which set a time and place for a public
<br />hearing at which the owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons
<br />would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and said
<br />special assessments, and for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian River
<br />County Code; and
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was published in the
<br />Vero Beach Press Journal Newspaper on January 4, 1994, and January 11, 1994, (twice one
<br />week apart, and the last being at least one week prior to the hearing), as required by Section
<br />206.06, Indian River County Code; and
<br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at least ten days prior to
<br />the hearing, as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County on
<br />Tuesd$y. January 18.1994 9105 A.M. conducted the public hearing with regard to the special
<br />assessments,
