"EXHIBIT A" <br />File No. VB26928 <br />A parcel of land for road right of way lying within and being a art of Southwest <br />one-quarter of Northwest one-quarter of Section 25, Township 32 South, Range 39 <br />East, Indian River County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: <br />Begin at a concrete monument marking the Southwest corner of said Northwest <br />one-quarter of Section 25: thence run South 89 deg. 51' 28" East along the South <br />line of said Northwest one-quarter of Section 25, a distance of 192.79 feet <br />(calc.)- thence North 03 deg. 56' 28" West, a distance of 50.13 feet: thence <br />North 8§ deg 51' 28" West, a distance of 189.50 feet to a point on the West line <br />of said Section 25: thence South 00 deg. 08' 58" West along said West line, a <br />distance of 50.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br />LESS AND EXCEPT the South 22.5 feet of the foregoing description, it being the <br />North half of that 45 foot wide road made public by the St. Lucie County <br />Commissioners in Book 3, page 70, dated April 3, 1917. <br />0 <br />a <br />O <br />O <br />w <br />c_j <br />0 <br />C:) <br />M <br />Page 2 <br />
