RESOLUTION NO. 94-_jL_ <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, AMENDING AND SETTING RATES <br />FOR DISPOSAL OF SLUDGE AND SEPTAGE. <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 91-31, the County adopted certain rates, <br />fees, and charges for the Department of Utility Services; and <br />WHEREAS, it is now necessary to amend and set certain rates for the <br />disposal of sludge and septage at the Department's new sludge and septage <br />disposal facility; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. The rate to be paid for disposal of sludge and septage by the <br />Department of Utility Services shall be as shown on attached Exhibit <br />"A u <br />2. Any rates and charges adopted by Resolution No. 91-31 in conflict with <br />this resolution shall be superseded effective on adoption of this <br />resolution. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Bird , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman John W.
