Davis, P.E., <br />Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT: Request for County to Accept 90th Street between 100th Court <br />and 100th Avenue in Vero Lake Estates for Maintenance <br />REF. LETTER: Roger Yates to Jim Davis dated Dec. 6, 1994 <br />DATE: December 13, 1994 FILE: 90AV.AGN <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The County Public Works Department has received a request for the Department to begin <br />grading of 90th Street in Vero Lakes Estates Subdivision. This road is located in County <br />dedicated right-of-way, but has not been historically graded. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Staff has evaluated the request under the evaluation criteria for non -maintained roads and a <br />score of 75 points was assigned. A minimum score of 75 points has been previously used for staff <br />to recommend maintenance grading. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Since evaluation of 90th Street between 100th Avenue and 100th Court earned a score of 75 <br />points, staff recommends that it be added to the County road grading route. <br />15 <br />December 20, 1994 <br />$BOX l :t <br />A <br />
