BOOK PAGE IJ <br />Time and Place (Second Reso.) 1/5/94(ENG)RES2.MAG\gfk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94- 16 5 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF <br />PROPERTY ON 130TH AVENUE (WILLOW STREET) FROM <br />CR512 SOUTH TO BERRY GROVES ENTRANCE AND OTHER <br />INTERESTED PERSONS MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD <br />OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO THE <br />PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY OF MAKING PAVING AND <br />DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO SAID PROPERTY AS TO <br />THE COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT <br />THEREFOR, AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE <br />SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY <br />BENEFITED THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br />Resolution No.9 4 -16 4deteiinined that it is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens <br />of the county, and particularly as to those living, working, and owning property within the <br />area described herein, that paving and drainage improvements be made to said property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an assessment roll to <br />be completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 206.06, Indian River County Code, requires that the Board of <br />County Commissioners shall fix a time and place at which the owners of the properties to <br />be assessed or any other persons interested therein may appear before the Board of County <br />Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of making paving and <br />drainage improvements to said property, as to the cost thereof, as to the manner of payment <br />therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against each property benefited thereby, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />The County Commission shall meet at the Fellsmere Elementary School Auditorium <br />located at 50 N. Cypress Street, Fellsmere, Florida, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. on <br />Tuesday. January 24 1995, at which time the owners of the properties to be assessed <br />and any other interested persons may appear before said Commission and be heard in <br />regard to said property.
