Review of County Affordable Housing <br />Programs (mainly owner occupied) <br />• SHIP (State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program) -1,277 SHIP loans <br />• HHR (Hurricane Housing Recovery Program) -482 loans (some assistance with <br />Victory Park- rental) <br />• Hurricane Wilma CDBG Program -33 homes rehabilitated <br />• HOME (HOME Program)- 41 loans <br />• NSP (Neighborhood Stabilization Program): <br />o NSP1- 45 homes (18 of them rental-TCHSC) <br />o NSP3- 17 homes <br />• CDBG: <br />o 2011 CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Grant- 24 homes rehabilitated <br />o 2018 CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Grant- estimated 15 house to rehab <br />To date, a total of 11919 eligible households within the county have been assisted <br />through the county programs <br />80 <br />
