ATTACHMENT D of MOA 2018-2019-0003 <br />Certificate of Equipment for Casting and Counting Ballots <br />We,Indian River County Supervisor of Elections and <br />Bob Solari Chairperson of Board of County Commissioners, of <br />County, Florida, do hereby certify that prior to the receipt and use of fiscal year <br />2018-2019 HAVA funds for the purchase of State -approved or certified (whichever is applicable) <br />emerging or enhancing software or hardware technology as allowable per Attachment A, the <br />county has purchased and made available sufficient equipment for casting and counting ballots <br />to meet the needs of the county electors for the next regularly scheduled general election.
